Lilgap Tl-45t Voyge (/ʤɤr/ /ˈvojge/ [weak; sick; fragile] [branch (tree part)]) is a temperate Large City located in Ki-42cěwǐ Zone, Yăvajĭkǐkh District, within the Alveria.

The name Lilgap Tl-45t Voyge is derived from the Goblin language, as Lilgap Tl-45t Voyge was founded by Mp̪voī Bé̄̄̌s 'Skye Alyssa' Réchvé̄r Jō̄ Caw̋chīs, who was culturaly KLEO.

After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Mp̪voī Bé̄̄̌s 'Skye Alyssa' Réchvé̄r Jō̄ Caw̋chīs struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Lilgap Tl-45t Voyge as a prison colony.

Lilgap Tl-45t Voyge was built using the conventions of KLEO durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Lilgap Tl-45t Voyge is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Lilgap Tl-45t Voyge's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by their massive, monolithic and 'blocky' appearance with a rigid geometric style. It was best known for its rough, unfinished surfaces, unusual shapes, heavy-looking materials, straight lines, and small windows. Modular elements were often used to form masses representing specific functional zones, grouped into a unified whole.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century after an anomalously snowy winter, runoff from snow-melt caused Mere Monoun to overflow its banks and spill into Backwater Choral. The resulting flood was isolated to the area around Lilgap Tl-45t Voyge, which was swallowed by the waters for several days. Lilgap Tl-45t Voyge lost 101 people, 396 livestock, and 28 buildings in the disaster. The disaster is remembered as the Horror Drownings.
